I have a guest visiting at the moment, and he's probably going to come to tennis practice with me at some point, so I expect everyone to be at their best behaviour.

I apologise for worrying everyone. I am fine, I was just suffering from a few medical problems for the past few days. I am perfectly fine again, so please do not worry yourself. I hope you applied yourself in tennis practice while I was gone. I will know if you were slacking off.

The qualifications for Kantou are next week. I want everyone to be at the top of their game. Lots of sleep, proper nutrition and tennis practice--however, don't overdo it. In other words: do not get careless.
